Thank you for your many years of support and patronage as a Prince Preferred member.

We are excited to announce that Prince Resorts Hawaii’s Prince Preferred program will be going through an exciting transition. Effective April 2024, Prince Resorts Hawaii will be a part of Seibu Prince Hotels and Resorts’ new loyalty program called “Seibu Prince Global Rewards”.

Under our new SPGR program, members will have access to earn and redeem points at over 85 hotels across Australia, Singapore, Japan, Middle East, India, United Kingdom and the United States, as well as other recreational facilities operated by our parent company Seibu Group including retail outlets, restaurants, railways and golf courses. Our new global program will also offer additional flexibility and opportunities to accumulate points and redeem them for overnight stays, culinary discoveries or other experiential offerings through four levels of membership.

Over the next few months you will still be able to earn and redeem your Prince Preferred points at any of our Prince Resorts Hawaii properties. Special room rates and resort charge discounts for any existing future bookings will be honored. However, any bookings beyond April 2024 will not earn any Prince Preferred points. Any existing Prince Preferred points as of April 2024 will also be honored at any of our three Hawaii resorts through April 2026.
