Point Accrual

  • Earn one (1) Prince Preferred point per eligible one dollar ($1) spent at any Prince Resorts Hawaii property.
  • Eligible dollar includes charges for room, tax and incidentals settled by member on member's hotel room bill. To maximize your points, charge all on-site resort expenses such as dining, golf, and shopping to your room.
  • Point accrual is possible only in conjunction with an individual stay and does not apply to groups, conventions or package tours.
  • Members attending a group or convention will receive points on eligible charges settled on their individual guest room folios upon departure.
  • Members may earn points for up to three rooms reserved provided member is registered on the additional rooms and member settles for all charges applied to the rooms on a consolidated bill.
  • Complimentary, barter and rooms booked through a third party including wholesale/tour operator, online auction sites or similar booking channels where room and tax payment is not settled directly with the hotel upon departure, do not qualify for point credits.
  • Payments made by a third party, company billing, company credit cards in another person's name or gift card payments are not eligible for points.
  • Catering and banquet function charges do not qualify for Prince Preferred points.

Point Tracking

  • Provide your Prince Preferred membership number upon booking reservations or at check-in for automatic tracking. The points will be processed after check-out.
  • Allow 3 - 4 weeks after checkout for the points to be posted to your account.
  • Retroactive credit is allowed after enrollment for stays within the past 30 days.
  • On-line access is available 24 Hours a day using your Prince Preferred Account number and personal password.

Missing Point Credit

  • If your Prince Preferred number was not provided at the time of your reservation or upon check-out, you may request for retroactive credit within six months of your stay.
  • To request for missing point credit, you can submit our online form or send a copy of your hotel room bill or credit card receipt and also indicate your arrival/departure dates and membership number within six months of your stay:

  • Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing from the time of you submit your request for credit for past stays.

Point Pooling

  • Two members residing at the same address may combine points for award redemption.
  • A minimum of 1,000 points required for transfer.
  • To combine points, send a letter signed by both members authorizing the transfer to:

  • Members can only earn points for up to three rooms maximum (your room, plus two additional rooms) provided the member is a registered guest and settles for all charges applied to the rooms on a consolidated bill. Hotel staff must be notified of your request to earn points on additional rooms prior to check-in.

Points Expiration

  • Points earned from a specific stay will automatically expire if they are not redeemed after (5) years from the corresponding departure date.
  • Members will not be notified prior to points expiring.
  • Extension of point expiration date not allowed.

Membership Termination

  • Accounts with no activity for 24 consecutive months are subject to termination.
  • Prince Resorts Hawaii reserves the right to terminate accounts based on Terms and Conditions outlined.
  • Points accumulated on an account will expire immediately upon termination.
