Q: What is Prince Preferred?

A: Prince Preferred is a repeat guest loyalty program designed to reward valuable guests of Prince Resorts Hawaii.

Q: What are the benefits of Prince Preferred?

A: As a member, you have the opportunity to earn points redeemable for FREE nights, resort credit certificates and frequent flyer miles with our airline partners. Click on Redeem Points for more details. Members also receive special amenities and/or services including exclusive offers throughout the year.

Q: What hotels participate in the Prince Preferred program?

A: Participating hotels include:

  • Prince Waikiki
  • The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort
  • Mauna Kea Beach Hotel

Although members cannot earn points while playing golf at our courses we will occasionally offer special golf promotions to Prince Preferred members at our golf courses:

  • Hawaii Prince Golf Club at Prince Waikiki
  • Hapuna Golf Course at The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort
  • Mauna Kea Golf Course at Mauna Kea Beach Hotel

Q: Is there a fee to join Prince Preferred?

A: No, membership is FREE. Complete the online enrollment form here.

Q: Can two people share one Prince Preferred membership number?

A: No. Only one person can be assigned per membership number. When two or more members are sharing a room, please advise which member you would like to have the points credited to. Otherwise, the system will automatically post points according to the account set up.

Q: How do I qualify for Pikake (Level 2) and Ilima (Level 3) memberships?

A: Members who have stayed at a Prince Resorts Hawaii property 10 times or 25 nights in a calendar year qualify for Pikake status and benefits. Ilima status and benefits are awarded to guests who stayed 25 times or 50 nights in a calendar year. Click on Member Benefits for more information.

Q: How do I start earning points?

A: Once you become a member, provide the reservation agent with your Prince Preferred account number when reserving your room. You can also present your membership information upon arrival at the front desk. After departure, points will be posted to your account automatically. Members are able to view updated account activity details online by clicking on Your Account, 24 hours a day.

Q: How many points will I earn with each stay?

A: Members earn one (1) point per eligible one dollar ($1) spent while staying at any Prince Resorts Hawaii property. Eligible dollar includes charges for room, tax and incidentals settled by the member on the member's hotel room bill. Click on Earning Points for additional information.

Q: How do I get credit for missing stays?

A: In order to credit your account for a missing stay, you may complete our online form, or send a copy of your hotel bill or credit card statement and also indicate your arrival/departure dates and membership number. Please send the information to our fax number 1-808-943-4158 or mail to:

Q: Can I earn credit for rooms reserved under another person's name?

A: As a registered guest and Prince Preferred member, you may earn points on eligible charges for up to three rooms (yours, plus up to two others). These rooms must be registered in your name and you must personally settle all charges associated with the rooms upon checkout.

Q: Do my points expire?

A: Points automatically expire (5) five years from departure date of the stay where points were earned. Points also expire immediately upon termination of a member account.

Q: How can I redeem my points for awards?

A: Awards can be redeemed online by clicking on Redeem Points. You can also call the Prince Preferred Service Center toll-free at 1-888-977-4623.

Q: Is it possible to redeem frequent flyer miles for Prince Preferred points?

A: No. Points can be redeemed for miles, however, miles cannot be redeemed for Prince Preferred points.
